All products are sent by the private courier HALCOURIER (902 11 20 20 / www.halcourier.es). During shipping all orders are insured against loss or damage during transport.

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF SPAIN (THE CANARY ISLANDS, THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA):
All of our orders to non-mainland Spain will be sent by registered post by the Spanish Post Office (902 197 197 / www.correos.es),
NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA: Shipping will be processed by the Post Office as registered post in order to save a large part of the expenses resulting from the Canary Island Customs *, which if there are any have to be paid by the recipient.
* Due to new regulations (in force since July 2010) all registered letters or packages sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla have Customs expenses of 4 to 10€ for the Post Office, depending on the value of the post. Via private courier, these Customs costs are 30€.

For deliveries outside Spain, whether to the EU or otherwise, packages will be sent via the Spanish Postal Service (902 197 197 / www.correos.es), as registered post.
If there are any Customs charges (each country has its own legislation) these will be payable by the recipient.
