Information for product refunds.

At Ne-cap® we do everything to ensure that you are totally happy with every purchase you make. If you are not totally satisfied with an item bought in Ne-cap.com, you have seven working days to return the item:

1. If the item is returned due to a delivery error, delay or due to it being defective, Ne-cap.com will refund the total purchase amount, or will replace the defective item and will cover all shipping costs for the return of the item.

2- If, on the contrary, the item’s return is not due to any fault attributable to Ne-cap.com, the customer will meet all shipping costs for the return of the item.

 

 
Once the product has been received and checked to see that it is in perfect condition, Ne-cap.com will refund the total purchase amount, refunding this to the user's credit card or via bank transfer to the account indicated by the user. INICIO_ABAJO_2
