  • How do I place an order?

  • How can I pay for an order?

  • Credit card, Bank transfers or Payment on delivery.

  • If I experience problems when paying, can I pay using Paypal?

  • You can pay for an order using Paypal by sending us an email, indicating your Paypal account, the order you wish to make and your address (if you aren't registered). We'll send you a payment application and will process your order as soon as you accept this.

  • Do I get a refund if it doesn't work?

  • We guarantee that the capsules will work with the coffee maker in question (provided that you have chosen the correct type of capsule for your model). If not, we will try and resolve the problem for you, and if this isn’t possible we’ll refund your money.

  • What brand of coffee should I use?

  • To get a great cup of coffee use the coffee that you most like, but remember that the better the quality, the better your espresso coffee will be.

  • Which type of ground coffee gives the best results?

  • Finer ground coffee will give you a more espresso-style coffee and less finely ground coffee gives a more American-style coffee...it all depends on your preferences! However, the best and most appropriate ground coffee is espresso-style.

  • Can I use tea, and how is it used?

  • You can use any type of tea as long as the leaves are finely chopped (tea leaves from teabags should be chopped a little finer to get the best results).

  • Can I use chocolate, and how is it used?

  • You can use liquid chocolate (syrup style) in the capsules. This gives really excellent hot chocolate. Then add hot milk afterwards (don’t place the milk in the capsules).

  • What is the difference between normal capsules and Citiz capsules?

  • Citiz coffe makers have a slightly shorter plunger than normal. As such our capsules require a special device (the Citiz Device) with EVA rings which are placed on the capsule to make it longer and slightly padded. This means that when the machine's plunger is coupled with the capsule it forms an O-ring.

    Without this device, the capsules can't be used with Citiz Coffee Makers. As such you have to buy these types of capsules if you have a Citiz Coffee Maker.

    The new Nespresso Coffee Makers which came out after May 2010 also need this special device as they use the same system as the Citiz series.

  • What materials are used in the capsules and what type of glue do they use?

  • All of the materials in the capsule are suitable for use with foodstuffs. A non-toxic glue is used (not the typical glues we might use everyday) specifically for use with foodstuffs, so no need to worry.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?

  • From around 24 to 72 hours, depending on your location and the assigned delivery route (in mainland Spain). These times will be longer in the Balearic and Canary islands and abroad.

  • Do I have to buy the Citiz rings separately or are they already included in the Citiz box?

  • The Citiz Device can be bought separately if you make a mistake with your order or need one later. However, the Citiz Reference Boxes include these devices. They don’t need to be ordered separately, as the boxes are complete and ready for use.

  • Is there a minimum order for free shipping?

  • Shipping is totally free (except for orders from abroad which cost 7€ for a maximum of three boxes). Additional costs in the case of second delivery attempts due to customer absence or changes in the delivery address after the order has already been dispatched are 3e per order.

  • Does Payment on delivery have additional shipping costs?

  • No, the only additional cost is the expense involved in managing this type of payment method.

  • Can I opt for the payment on delivery method and collect my order at the Post Office?

  • At present this isn't possible as we haven't taken out this service with the Post Office. Your order will be sent by our private courier Tipsa.

  • I have a Dolce Gusto, Tassimo or Digrato coffee maker, can I use the capsules?

  • No, at present the capsules are only valid for Nespresso System coffee makers. We are currently working on capsules that will function with other types of coffee maker systems.

  • I’d like to distribute your product, how can I go about this?

    and we’ll gladly inform you about distribution conditions.

  • Can I request free samples to test the product?

  • At the moment we’re out of free samples, but please buy our product, it’s fully guaranteed and if you can't use it or there are any difficulties we'll either resolve the problem or refund your money.
  • Do you ship to foreign countries?

  • Yes, you can place your order with total peace of mind as we ship to all countries, although there is an additional transport cost – 7€ for a maximum of 3 boxes.

  • How do I use my discount coupon?

  • The discount coupon (which can be used while stocks last), has to be included when you place your order. After you select your products a box will appear allowing you to enter the numbers shown on the coupon (called the Discount Coupon Number). The discount will automatically be applied to your order total.

  • I live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, why do I have to give you my National ID number (DNI)?

  • This is necessary in case Customs requests this information in order to deliver your order. If you give us this number from the outset then your order will be delivered sooner, as we won’t have to request that you send it and wait for it to reach us. If the package is checked by Customs they request Sender and Recipient information.

  • Why are Ne-cap capsules smaller than the original capsules and have perforations on their underside?

  • They are smaller because legally they cannot be exact copies of the Nespresso capsules. That is why our capsules are “compatible”, and more importantly, they work perfectly.

    The perforations allow the water to enter the capsule and make the coffee, otherwise the water couldn’t reach the inside of the capsule.
